FYI YOGIS: Classes will be substituted by cert. instructors Dana B (651-442-2311) and Kim H (218-530-5436) on Tuesdays 9/12, 9/19, & 9/26. 9:00 - 10:15. Message them together on a thread and tell them  you are coming a day ahead. THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY WITH PROPS & EXPERIENCE YOGA NIDRA ! Their combined experience as long time yogis and pros in Physical and Mental Health is a gift. INTENTION have fun, learn something great to do at home, enjoy the space while I'm away. $10 donation goes to rent. Stay healthy as Covid is on the move, we have not had it spread out of The Clearing so far, mindful of people who are compromised. THANKS!

I will be traveling to Massachusets with my Teacher/Dear Friend Sudha Lundeen & assisting her & Dr E. Bohan for an Immunity Building course when we land. Next I'll assist a Silent Retreat w old friend/colleague Jess Frey, and top off my 2 week mothership stay with Krishna Das (my vocal cords wb well rested from a week of silence!) I'll fly home shakti infused & grateful. Reducing my carbon footprint is very important to me but the trip I'll be taking "came up & fell right into place."  I'll humbly serve and learn cutting edge info and bring it back home.
